What we do
The primary focus of our clinic is to facilitate healing for our clients through a caring and respectful therapeutic relationship. Some clients may have a diagnosed mental illness while others are looking for support to navigate the challenges of life. Clinical Counsellors do not diagnose mental illness or provide prescriptions for medication. We use talk based interventions and also incorporate somatic approaches to help clients establish a connection between their mind and body.
